Include both home & cell phone numbers so employers can contact you quickly. Give your physical address so employers know where you're based.
- Save your crazy, clever email address for your friends, use a sensible one for employers.
- For your personal profile, include your key strengths and career goals - make them relevant to the job vacancy.
- Achievements- sports, arts, community activities.
- Employment History - list your most recent job first. If you've got gaps between jobs, show your jobs in years not months but be prepared to explain. Show major highlights in your previous jobs. If you haven't worked before list any work experience, after school jobs, holiday jobs etc.

Education & Training Include - research work, conferences, special projects, health & safety. List college & university studies - all subjects passed, awards & certificates. Brainstorm with your friends they might with something you've forgotten.

Interest/Hobbies - anything where you have leadership or teamwork, any voluntary work, it's great to show you're responsible.
- Referees - someone from a previous job who will speak positively about you. School teachers, sport coaches, people that know you well - NOT mum and dad. Employers WILL phone the referees so ask them first if it's okay.
